My name is Oskar and I am a lawyer/partner at a Swedish commercial law firm called Delphi. We have offices in a few locations in Sweden, but I myself am based in Malmö. Day to day, I work in construction law but also on matters relating to contaminated land. I have acted as counsel in mediation on a number of occasions and I now think it would be interesting to learn more about the role of the mediator.
